On August 14th, 2024, Govt. Khawaja Fareed Graduate College, Rahim Yar Khan, proudly celebrated the 77th Independence Day of Pakistan with great zeal and enthusiasm. The event commenced with a formal opening ceremony, where the principal Dr. Khalid Mahmood hoisted the national flag, followed by the soulful rendition of the national anthem. The audience was treated to a mesmerizing performance by a student who sang a stirring national song, while another student delivered an outstanding speech highlighting the significance of Pakistan\'s independence. An esteemed faculty member Prof. Afzal Baig provided valuable insights into the historical events leading up to the creation of Pakistan, emphasizing the importance of a sovereign homeland.
